About
Alliant International University has its main campus located in San Diego, California and was founded in 2001 through a merger between the United States International University and the California School of Professional Psychology. Both schools have histories in California, with the CSPP being the first school of psychology in the state. A recent acquisition of the San Francisco School of Law has expanded the school's offerings and locations. The school currently operates six campuses in California; San Diego, Fresno, San Francisco, Irvine, Sacramento, and Los Angeles, as well as three campuses internationally in Mexico City, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Of these campuses only two offer undergraduate degree programs (San Diego and Mexico City).
Academics
Alliant International University offers a modest number undergraduate programs that provide a quality education. Individuals enrolled in one of these programs will be able to participate in a study abroad opportunity to the Mexico City Campus if at the San Diego campus and vice versa. Students may also enroll in an accelerated program, combining study for a bachelor and master's degree. Graduate programs are available in a larger number, though enrollment requires that individuals have earned a bachelor's degree prior to admission. Individuals who have earned a bachelor's degree with the Alliant International University System will have ease of access to graduate programs offered within that system.
Programs offered include:
- Business Administration
- Child Development
- International Relations
- International Business Administration
- Psychology
It is important to note that not all programs are offered at all campuses.
